These terms explain how you can use writetoconvert.com (“Write to Convert,” “WTC,” “I,” or “me”). WTC is run by Niaj A A Khan from Dhaka, Bangladesh. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
The short version: the guides are free, you can use what you learn to write copy for your own business, and you should not copy the guides and publish them as your own.
WTC shares free guides, examples, and templates that teach small business owners how to write their own marketing copy. You do not need an account to read anything on the site.

The guides, images, templates, logo, and design of WTC belong to Write to Convert and are protected by copyright. The copy you write for your business, even with help from a template, belongs to you.
The guides are for learning. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice. Every business is different, so I cannot promise more sales, clicks, sign-ups, or bookings from using them.
You are responsible for the copy you publish. Make sure it is true, and check that it follows the rules that apply to you, such as advertising rules, platform policies, and email and privacy laws where you do business.
Many examples on WTC use made-up businesses and people. When a guide shows a platform like Google, Instagram, or Facebook, the names and look belong to their owners. WTC is not connected to or endorsed by them. Platforms change their tools often, so some screens may look different by the time you read a guide.
Comments are open on the guides. By posting one, you agree to keep it kind and on topic. Please do not post:

Joining the email list is free. I will only send you new resources and occasional site news. You can leave at any time. How your email is stored is explained in the Privacy Policy.
The contact form is for questions and feedback. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information through it. I read every message, but I cannot promise a reply to all of them.
If you choose to support WTC on Patreon, that support is handled by Patreon under its own terms and policies. Support is always optional. Every guide on WTC stays free either way.
Guides may link to other websites, tools, or books. I do not control those sites and I am not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. A link does not mean I endorse everything on that site.
I work to keep the guides accurate and up to date, but mistakes can happen and things change. I may update, move, or remove any guide at any time. The site may also be offline now and then for updates or repairs.
WTC is free and is provided “as is.” To the extent the law allows, Write to Convert and Niaj A A Khan are not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using the site or relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that cannot be changed by agreement.

I may update these terms from time to time. When I do, the date at the top of this page will change. If you keep using the site after that, it means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh, unless the law where you live gives you the right to go to court there.
